Shipping and Returns
USPS and USPS are experiencing temporary shipping delays due to the recent widespread impacts of inclement weather. Please refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for updates on the status of your order, but please note that orders may be delayed past the estimated delivery date due to extended transit times. Need your skincare in a hurry? For faster delivery times, we recommend UPS 2nd Day Air (cost is determined at checkout).
If you are not completely satisfied with your ecologica products you may send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit (minus the shipping charges). For a refund, approximately 60% or more of the product must be remaining in the original container. You can submit your return request here. We only process returns for products purchased at www.ecologica.com.
