Balance Anti-Stress Remedy

Ingredients: Organic Ocium Basilicum (Basil) oil, Citrus Auraantlmamara (Bitter Orange) oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Artemisa Dracunculus (Tarragon) Root oil, Organum Majorana (Sweet Marjoram) Leaf oil, Melissa Officinalis (Balm Mint) Leaf oil, Anthemis Nobus (Chamomile) oil, Sesamumindicum (Sesame) Seed oil. 2 fl. oz

~ Inhalation: Put 2-3 drops in the palm of your hands and rub them together vigorously to open up the volatiles of the oils. Take a deep “Yoga-type breaths” through the nose. Repeat this 2 more times.

~ Stress Relief treatment: This treatment can be done directly after the inhalation treatment and on dampened skin. Spray face, decollate and neck Rose Water. (Malibu Sea Mist may be sprayed on decollate). Massage 2-3 drops of the Anti-Stress Formula on the temples, neck and behind the ears and then gently working your way to the back of the ears and neck creating an euphoric sensation for the client. *Please note that the Anti-Stress Remedy is not intended for direct use on entire face.

~ Diffuser: 3-5 drops in a steamer or nebulizer will fill the air with relaxing notes of selected essential oils for their known relaxing benefits.

~ Hydrotherapy Treatment: Place 1 full dropper of Anti-Stress in a bath or therapy tub. Seaweed or other minerals may be added as well. Client should soak for at least 20 min.

Note: the scent molecules trigger thousands of receptors in the olfactory membrane inside your nose. These molecules then travel along the chemo-sensory pathway, immediately triggering the limbic system, also known as the “emotional brain” giving a feeling of wellbeing and relaxation.
